We would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to our office policies. New adult patients receive a thorough examination, consisting of the following:

• Comprehensive Cleaning (polish & scale)
• Records of medical and dental history
• Necessary cavity detecting x-rays
• Monitoring of blood pressure
• Complete oral examination, including soft tissue and oral cancer examination
• Periodontal probing (indicates presence of any gum disease)
• The requirements for children will vary according to age and condition

The fee for this visit will range from $300-$400, these are basic service fees and should be covered by most dental plans. Dental claims are sent electronically to your insurance company for your convenience, and a re-imbursement is mailed to you directly within five to seven working days. We require payment at the time services are rendered and we accept Debit, Visa, M/C or Cash. NO PERSONAL CHEQUES OR AMERICAN EXPRESS.
